Pitchset, the presentation deck service provided by AIrirang, collects only the minimum information needed to create your deck and notify you of its completion. We do not sell collected personal information to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

Overview

The AIrirang presentation deck service Pitchset (pitchset.airirang.com, the "Service") creates a presentation deck for you based on the details and source material you submit. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Service collects and how it is used.

Information We Collect

The Service collects the following information when you submit a creation request:

  • Business or personal name — to identify the applicant and, where relevant, to appear on the deck
  • Phone number — for calls to confirm the request or discuss production
  • Email address — to confirm your request (verification link), deliver the finished files, and for payment-related contact
  • Document type, length (number of slides), deck title and purpose — to plan and create the deck
  • Source materials you upload (business plans, existing decks, documents, data, etc.) and your notes on them — the basis of the deck content

There is no member registration, and we do not collect account credentials such as passwords. Any third-party personal information contained in your source materials is used only to create the deck — please redact personal information that is not needed before uploading.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd., United Kingdom), our global payment partner. Payment method details such as card numbers are handled by Paddle and card companies; the Company does not store card numbers. The Company retains only transaction records such as payment amount, date and time, and approval results. Payment receipts (invoices) are emailed by Paddle.

Information We Do Not Collect

  • Payment method details such as card numbers — handled by the payment gateway and not stored by the Company
  • Location data, device identifiers
  • Advertising cookies or tracking data

Purposes of Use

  • Creating the presentation deck you requested
  • Sending emails to confirm receipt and deliver the finished files, and phone contact
  • Processing payments and refunds, and managing transaction records
  • Responding to inquiries and revision requests related to production

AI Processing

Your submitted details and source materials are transmitted to and processed by an external AI service (Anthropic) to create the deck. This data is used solely for production purposes, and the AI service provider may have its own privacy policy regarding data processing.

Retention and Destruction

  • Submission details, source materials and the finished deck files — kept for 30 days after the finished files are delivered, in case you request revisions, and destroyed thereafter.
  • Submissions that were not paid for, or whose production was cancelled — the submission details, source materials and contact details are destroyed 30 days after submission (or cancellation).
  • Phone number and email address — destroyed together with the submission when the retention period above ends.
  • Payment and refund records — retained for 5 years pursuant to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, then destroyed.
  • Server logs — retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted.

Processing Outsourcing and Overseas Transfer

To operate the Service, we outsource processing to the following providers, and some data is processed outside of Korea:

  • Google Cloud (Seoul, Republic of Korea) — server operation, storage of source material files
  • Neon (Singapore) — submission database
  • Anthropic (United States) — deck production processing
  • Resend (United States) — sending receipt confirmation and completion emails
  • Cloudflare (global) — traffic security, automated-input prevention
  • Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd., United Kingdom) — payment processing (cards and local payment methods, receipts)

These transfers are essential to providing the Service, and each provider applies industry-standard security measures. We do not send text messages.

Children's Privacy

The Service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that information from a child under 14 has been submitted, we delete the data immediately.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time. If you contact us using the details below, we will handle your request without delay. If you no longer wish to proceed with production after submitting, please request deletion along with your submission number.
